The Deconstruction Engine

Take the picture apart.

RawCut reads the .xmp behind a photograph and replays the edit, stage by stage.

A preset tells you what. RawCut tells you how: every slider, every mask, in the order the editor moved them.

Watch an edit come apart.

Scroll and the frame holds still while the edit rebuilds itself. This is the real engine, running in your browser, not a recording of one.

01

The recipe timeline

One sidecar becomes six cumulative render states. Each stage is re-rendered live by the same WebGL pipeline that draws the final frame, so the history you scrub is the real math, not a stack of screenshots.

6 stages · 14-bit headroom

02

Masks, feathered to the pixel

Radial, linear and brush masks paint as red coverage with their exact feather falloff. You see precisely where the editor worked locally, and how hard.

8 mask slots · analytic and AI segmentation

03

Colour science you can export

Cube files parse into a tiled atlas and sample with trilinear interpolation in the fragment shader, applied after the full grade. Export straight back out as .xmp or .cube.

2³ to 65³ LUT · lossless round-trip

04

Metadata, deep-parsed

Body, glass and the exposure triangle read in-browser. RAW files surrender their embedded previews, and GPS plus timestamp reconstruct the sun's position at the moment of capture.

0 uploads · 100% client-side

Drop an .xmp on this page. It is parsed in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
